DC9733 High Static Pressure Blower Fan Advantages

DC9733 combines a compact centrifugal housing, five performance levels and 12V/24V compatibility for cooling systems with different airflow resistance, noise and power requirements.

Up to 113.74mmH₂O Static Pressure

The 6500RPM models provide up to 113.74mmH₂O static pressure, helping the 9733 centrifugal blower fan move air through restricted vents, dense heat sinks, filters and short internal ducts.

Up to 52.27CFM Directed Airflow

The centrifugal housing draws air through the inlet and redirects it through the side outlet. Airflow up to 52.27CFM supports cooling systems that need air delivered toward a defined component or exhaust path.

Five Performance Levels with 12V and 24V Options

Speed options of 2500, 3000, 3500, 5000 and 6500RPM are available for both 12V and 24V systems, allowing engineers to balance airflow, pressure, noise and current without changing the installation size.

Control and Protection Options

PWM enables speed adjustment according to thermal demand. FG provides rotational speed feedback, while RD can indicate an abnormal or locked rotor. Auto Restart and Polarity Protection can also be configured according to project requirements.

YCCFAN 97×94×33mm DC Blower Fan Product Overview

DC9733 97x94x33mm centrifugal blower fan dimension drawing

DC9733 is a 97×94×33mm DC blower fan designed for equipment that requires side-directed airflow. Its centrifugal structure guides air toward heat sinks, power components, filters, vents or short internal ducts.

The series offers 12V and 24V models with five speed levels from 2500 to 6500RPM. Airflow reaches up to 52.27CFM, while static pressure reaches up to 113.74mmH₂O. Bearing, wiring, connector and control functions can be selected according to equipment requirements.

FAQs About DC9733 Blower Fan

When should engineers choose DC9733 instead of an axial fan?

A: Choose DC9733 when air must enter through the inlet and leave through a side outlet, especially when airflow needs to be guided toward a heat sink, filter, restricted vent or short internal duct. An axial fan is generally more suitable for direct airflow through an open, low-resistance enclosure.

Which DC9733 speed model should be selected?

A: Select the speed level according to the airflow and static pressure required at the equipment’s actual operating point. The 6500RPM model provides the highest output, while the 2500RPM model has the lowest listed current and noise. A higher-speed model is not automatically the best option because excess output can increase noise and power consumption.

How should the actual operating point of DC9733 be determined?

A: The actual operating point is where the selected DC9733 P-Q curve intersects the equipment’s system resistance curve. Filters, heat sinks, narrow vents, grilles and ducts increase resistance and reduce airflow. Maximum airflow and maximum static pressure should not be treated as values achieved simultaneously.

How do inlet clearance and outlet design affect DC9733 performance?

A: Insufficient inlet clearance restricts air entry. An undersized duct, sharp outlet bend or obstructed exhaust opening increases turbulence and pressure loss. Leave adequate space around the inlet, align the outlet with the intended airflow path and avoid placing cables directly in front of either opening.

What information should be provided when requesting a DC9733 model?

A: Provide the rated voltage, required airflow, estimated system resistance, maximum acceptable noise, installation orientation, inlet clearance, operating temperature, duty cycle and required control signals. Wire length, connector type, bearing preference, target quantity and project stage should also be included.

How should a customized DC9733 sample be validated?

A: Install the sample in the actual equipment or a representative airflow fixture. Test component temperatures, fan speed, input current, noise, vibration and startup behavior. If PWM, FG or RD is used, also verify speed-control response, feedback signals and locked-rotor alarm logic.
